How long does delivery take?
Please allow 3 weeks for delivery of embroidered items, and 1 week for Fiberlok items.
For any special needs, please contact us.
Can garments be returned?
Since the garments have been customized, Hanover is unable to accept returns, except for defects. Any defective merchandise will be replaced at no charge.
How is billing handled?
Orders can be placed either on the locations corporate account or by using a credit card. If a corporate account is used, delivery will be made to the ordering location. An invoice copy will be sent to the location.
