- How long does delivery take?
- Please allow 3 weeks for delivery of embroidered items, and 1 week for Fiberlok items.
- For any special needs, please contact us.
- Can garments be returned?
- Since the garments have been customized, Hanover is unable to accept returns, except for defects. Any defective merchandise will be replaced at no charge.
- How is billing handled?
- Orders can be placed either on the locations corporate account or by using a credit card. If a corporate account is used, delivery will be made to the ordering location. An invoice copy will be sent to the location.
